Exterior Change Requests
Any homeowner who wishes to make an architectural change to the exterior of their unit must submit an architectural variance form and get approval from the Board of Directors prior to the commencement of any work. This includes but is not limited to: windows, sliding glass doors, patio enclosure, satellite dish installation, security bars, or permanent lighting on balconies. The Board of Directors reviews applications at their monthly board meetings. Owners will receive written documentation about whether their application was approved or disapproved. Applications must provide all necessary information for the Board's review. Unfortunately, incomplete applications cannot be processed. Please submit applications at least two weeks prior to the Board meeting.
